Bright LED Displays

June 7, 2007
Programmable Large Digital Displays for analog inputs can contain five 2.25 and 4-in.-high red LED digits, with readability up to 130 and 180 ft, respectively.

The LDA is available as a volt, current, or process meter with scaling, RS-232/RS-485 serial communications, and dual Form-C relay outputs. The LDA also offers lightweight aluminum NEMA-4X case construction and adjustable display intensities. Programming is via pushbutton menu or through software. Also, the LDA can scale input signals to the desired readout. The LDA offers dual 5-A relays for control and two serial communication methods to relay displayed information to a management system. A nonvolatile EPROM retains all programming parameters and count values if power is removed, securing information in case of an electrical outage.
