Twin-Head Miniature Pump

Nov. 17, 2005
The Model 1420 miniature diaphragm pump uses an innovative twin-head design to generate higher flows than conventional diaphragm pumps of the same size.

The durable, oilless pump produces high flow in a compact package, particularly useful in medical, automotive, and business-equipment applications. The pump measures 3.41 1.16 2.96 in. and weighs 0.485 lb. Pump heads can be channeled in parallel or series configurations to meet flow and pressure/vacuum requirements. Rated flow is 6.0 to 11.0 lpm in parallel and to 5.5 lpm in series. Maximum pressure rating is 14.5 psi and maximum vacuum is 23-in. Hg. The Model-1420 pump is available in 12 and 24-Vdc versions and incorporates long-life EPDM diaphragms and valves. Viton elastomers are also available.
