Tube-Cleaning System

Nov. 22, 2006
MegaClean, a forced-air launcher and foam-projectile-system, cleans hoses, tubes, and pipes more effectively than blown-air or fluid-flush techniques.

Cleaning out internal particles and contamination reduces maintenance and downtime, improves the efficiency of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and increases service life of hoses, tubes, and filters. The system consists of three handheld launchers, a range of nozzles for different hose, tube, and coupling sizes, and projectiles for cleaning and removing contamination, surface rust, and scale.
