The RailDesigner 4.0 software features the "RailDesigner Assistant" that navigates through custom-design rail assemblies.

It also has the ability to create a subassembly as one part and includes enclosure design software. Ease-of-use features include standard window functions, simple menu options, straightforward graphics, and user-friendly interface. A navigation window displays an overview of all utilized terminal rails and an import/export interface provides direct access to drawing files. Products can be located with a database search using individual product libraries. The software comes with a multimedia-training tutorial for self-instruction, and Internet downloads and built-in email assistance links for updates and service.
