New Product: Specialty Rubber Extrusions

Oct. 11, 2007
Extruded profiles made from any rubber, including exotic compounds, meet RMA and ASTM specs.

Cord extrusions, for example, are candidates for O-rings in applications ranging from camera cases to tractors and machine-gun turrets. Other standard-use extrusions include weatherstripping and compression door seals in a wide variety of shapes, such as tear drop, cylindrical, and blocks. Materials include, sponge and dense EPDM, silicones, and neoprenes as well natural rubbers, nitrile, and SBR grades. Custom-tinted profiles are also available.
