EMI Shielding Gaskets

    Standard D-connector metallized fabric-over-elastomer gaskets shield 9 through 50-pin connectors.

    The EMI/RFI shielding gaskets, available in five standard sizes and multiple material thicknesses, have compression set values of less than 3%. Nickel plating over a highly conductive copper substrate provides excellent electrical qualities for greater than 100 dB of attenuation. The metallized fabric is bonded to a low-compression force, open-celled polyurethane foam that is soft to the touch, highly flexible, and provides continuous contact between mating surfaces.
