This bonding, sealing, coating, and encapsulation system, EP21TDC-2LO, offers flexibility and toughness.

Curing at room temperature, it has a one to three mix ration by weight or volume and a working life of >90 minutes for 100-g mass. The formulation meets NASA low outgassing specifications and exhibits electrical insulation properties and thermal conductivity. With an operating temperature range of 4-K to 250°F, it also features shock resistance. EP21TDC-2LO has a shore hardness of 36, elongation of >50%, tensile strenth of 1,070 psi, and a T-peel strength of >15 pli.
