Camera For Industrial Vision

The CS3821D remote-head mono-chrome camera is for vision applications with little mounting space or that need a lightweight camera.

Applications include gaging, assembly-line inspection, identification and alignment, and movement tasks with the remote head mounted on the end of a robot arm, positioning stage, or gantry. The camera is rugged and provides 60-frames/sec output at full VGA resolution (659 × 494 pixel). The 17-mm-diameter × 36-mm-long remote head can mount up to 2 m away from the control unit.
