New Product: 20 and 25-hp drives added to line

May 8, 2008
The ACS350 drive family for general machinery now includes 20 and 25-hp drives at 480 V.

The 25-hp units are 7.13 6.65 10.24 in. and are RoHS compliant. Flashdrop technology permits uploading and downloading drive parameters without powering the drive. The drive also includes eight-state sequence programming, a flexible user interface, high-speed communications, and cabinet-compatible hardware. The unit can store up to 20 different machine parameter sets and each set can be named to clearly show the associated end-user or application. The drives feature enclosed, plug-in Fieldbus adapters offering high-speed communications for DeviceNet, ProfiBus-DP, and CANopen. Additional options include potentiometer and pulse encoder inputs, NEMA-12 or NEMA-4X cabinet panel mounting, and programming software.
