New Product: Cam roller runner blocks

Nov. 21, 2007
The eLine Cam Roller runner blocks, for eLine profiled rail systems, provide smooth movement of light loads over extended lengths at speeds to 12 m/sec, minimizing lubricant consumption.

The aluminum runnerblock body houses corrosion-resistant cam rollers with lubed-for-life bearings. Clean-room-compatible, the linear components are easy to clean and generate no dust due to abrasion of plastic parts. Runner blocks are available in standard lengths with four cam rollers or short runner blocks with two cam rollers. Cam roller runner blocks come in sizes 15 to 25. The aluminum eLine system compensates for tolerance errors and unevenness in mounting surfaces by letting the rails mount from above or below. Rails come in one-piece lengths to 4,000 mm, and composite rails can be used with longer strokes.
