Incremental Wheel Encoder

Sept. 27, 2007
The DKV 60 Incremental Measuring Wheel Encoder provides reliable speed and position feedback in conveyor-belt applications.

The unit features IP65 protection with a robust design that’s resistant to high levels of shock and vibration. Options available include an extended length cable to 1.5 m, a knurled or O-ring surface measuring drum, and TTL/RS-422 or HTL/push-pull interface options. The design is said to eliminate the eccentricity errors of the code disk, ball bearings, and shaft common to conventional systems.
