Product Spotlight: Air-Piloted Valves

March 20, 2008
The 125 and 250 Series twoposition, air-piloted valves feature a pressure-operated spring and pressure return.

Available in two and three-way configurations, the valves have flow rates to 27.5 scfm at 125 psig and the 250 Series valves offer rates to 75 scfm. The 250 Series also comes in a four-way, five-port configuration with common supply and exhaust ports, and is available with an internal compensating orifice to maintain actuated position after the momentary pilot signal, and a “trapped” pilot reserve to compensate for minor leaks.

Both valves feature a short stroke for cycling times to 600 cpm, have a double diaphragm poppet that requires no lubrication, and no sliding or metal seals or O-rings.
