All-PVC Suction Hose

A lightweight PVC suction hose, Newflex, uses spiral reinforcements for flexibility, durability, and performance.

The PVC material resists impact, crushing, and kinking.The hose is not wrapped or layered, so it is lighter than other rubber hoses used for similar purposes. It's easier to maneuver and does not add extra weight to OEM applications. There are three styles, heavy, standard, and light duty, and all handle vacuum or pressure applications. Heavy duty is offered in food or industrial grades and handles higher pressures. Its vacuum rating is 28-in. Hg. Standard duty, available in food grade, provides the same vacuum rating but contains only FDA and 3A-approved ingredients. The lightduty hose handles moderate vacuum applications and light-duty pressure discharge, and comes in industrial-grade PVC. All three have smooth interiors for maximum flow and easy cleaning and sterilization. Sizes range from 3/8 to 4-in. ID, depending on style.
