The M2I7-ÎĽ microEDM and nanogrinding machine cuts complex 3D contoured shapes and round holes to within 0.20-ÎĽm diameter and positional tolerance. The X, Y, and Z axes each have a 50-mm positional range. Grinding produces a mirror surface finish.
