Forged Rings For Injection Molds

MoldMax HH high-strength, high-conductivity copperbased mold and tooling alloys come in the shape of forged rings for use by molders of plastic parts.

These rings are for manufacturers of pails, other circular parts, and containers. HRC is 40; thermal conductivity, 60 Btu/ft-hr-°F; yield strength, 155,000 psi; tensile strength, 185,000 psi; and expansion coefficient of 9.7 (10 6/°F).
