Mechanical Product: Clamping Shaft Collar

April 10, 2008
EasyLock shaft collars’ conical design secures tools, spools, and reels to shafts.

Clamping and quick release are both hand operated. The collar exerts between 90 and 1,124 lb of holding force on smooth, case-hardened shafts with hardnesses of Rockwell 55 and above. Quick-release collars are available in metric sizes from 10 to 30 mm; 35 and 40-mm versions have a thumbscrew release. English sizes can be requested with a minimum order.
