Mulitchannel Relays

Nov. 18, 2004
The CR Series of high-density DIN-rail-mounted multichannel relays are available in densities as high as eight relays in 1 in. of DIN-rail.

A integral fuse for the relay contacts can easily be serviced through a frontentry maintenance hatch. The relays are rated at 8 A at 250 Vac. An LED on top of the relay indicates relay status for system troubleshooting. Relay connection is via pluggable connectors. To prevent cross talk, coil and contact connections are physically separated so field and control wiring are isolated from one another. Versions are now available that plug directly into a PLC to provide an interposing relay.
