Magnets for Lifting Parts

May 5, 2005
The EL (Eagle Lift) Series range in capacity from 250 to 5,000 lb and can lift flat or round parts.

They turn on or off with the swing of a handle that can lock in either position. The magnets immediately release parts when turned off. The magnets also feature Test Talons, an additional test position which lets users undertake a trial lift when the load feasibility is unknown. If the magnet successfully lifts the part, the handle can be put in the "on" position with a safety factor of 3 X the rated load. The magnets are compact, light-weight, maintenance-free, and made of patented rare-earth materials.
