Transformer for Harsh Environments

Feb. 17, 2005
Housed in a 304-stainless-steel enclosure, this epoxy-encapsulated transformer is UL-listed Class 2. A fieldwiring compartment in the base protects connecting wires. Standard electrical

knockouts on each side simplify installation. The 4.0-A circuit breaker can be reversed if necessary. Line-voltage connections are available for 120, 208, 240, and 480 V, 50/60 Hz. The secondary provides 24 V at 75 VA for most low-voltage control applications. Typical uses are in commercial kitchens and laundries, shop floors, outdoors, alarm systems, and HVAC equipment.
