Nonhalogenated Soluble Machining Oil

April 1, 2005
TRIM E815 is a soluble oil for cutting and grinding highstrength steel and stainless steels, and nonferrous materials, including aluminum, zinc, die cast, and aerospace alloys.

It is based on synthetic ester technology, and meets requirements of the aerospace industry. It is nonchlorinated, NPE free, nonphenolic, mixes easily, and has good hard-water stability. The fluid is an extremely tight emulsion delivering superior wetting and penetration to the point of cut, which improves cooling and extends tool life.
