Plastic And Stainless Tubes

Custom machined plastic and stainless-steel tubes feature precisely drilled holes and precision ODs and IDs for use in water and other liquid filtration and restriction orifice systems.

Materials include stainless steel, PVC, CPVC, ABS, and polysulfone. Lengths range up to 96 in. and diameters go from 0.5 to 4 in. Tubes can be drilled with 72 holes with 0.75-in. spacing or with up to 48 holes with 1-in. spacing. Applications include separation, filtration, and purification in systems for drinking water, beverages, and food, as well as filtration devices for hydraulic liquids, coolants, and cutting oils.
