New Products: Photoelectric Sensors

Oct. 9, 2008
The heavy-duty SA1U photoelectric sensor comes in four modes: throughbeam, background suppression, diffuse, and polarized retroreflective.

The sensor provides long-distance sensing in ranges to 50 m with through-beam models and as close as 1 m with diffuse models. The units support 12 to 240 Vdc and 24 to 240 Vac. Four timedelay functions include one shot, on delay, off delay, and normal mode, as well as a 0.1 to 5-sec time range. The switches are suitable for use in wet environments.
