900-MHZ RF Modem

April 14, 2005
Housed in NEMA-4X enclosures, the ACE6490 and ACE6790 RF modems deliver variable output power up to 1 W at 900 MHz.

The ACE6790 uses dynamic peer-to-peer protocol for enabling mesh topology, while the ACE6490 employs server/client network architecture. Both modems employ frequencyhopping spread-spectrum technology and data-encryption standards. Typical applications include SCADA, industrial control, outdoor signage, and utility monitoring.
