Threaded Needle Valves

Sept. 15, 2005
The M3 threaded needle valve provides precise flow adjustments (0 to 1 SCFM at 50 psig) when space, leak-tightness, durability, and light weight are required.

It can control minicylinders, nozzles, timing circuits, filling heads, bleed vents, and many other metering devices. It weighs 2.26 gm and has an installed height of 10.4 mm. The needle and valve seat are made from stainless steel which helps ensure flow rates remain stable despite temperature fluctuations. The valve body swivels 360° and has "built-in barbs" to ease installation and orientation. It also features a metal-to-metal seal that provides positive shut-off to 25-in. Hg.
