The MB95F146 32-pin microcontroller is for small, embedded applications such as managing power supplies and remote controllers for digital A/V systems.

The MB95F 156H for portable equipment, remote control, and air-conditioning systems comes in 48-pin and 52-pin packages, with an LCD controller. The chips have 32-kbyte Flash ROM and 1-kbyte RAM.
