One-piece ball valves

Dec. 8, 2005
The 40G Series of one-piece ball valves are made from modified PTFE and serve outdoors as well as in applications with elevated fluid temperatures.

The valves working pressures range up to 3,000 psig (206 bar) and temperatures between 65 to 300°F (53 to 148°C). The single-piece design and live-loaded packing reduces the need to adjust packing and improves thermal-cycle performance. Valves come in two-way straight or angle patterns for on-off service or three-way valves for switching service with end connections in sizes from 1/16 to 3/8 in. and 3 to 8 mm.
