Pneumatic Linear Drive

June 7, 2006
The Guided Slide Unit (GSU) Series pneumatic linear drive has no piston rod and is designed for use in gantries as an X axis or workpiece pallet in material supply.

Speeds up to 1.5 m/sec allow the GSU to have short cycle times. A finely adjusted end stop allows for multiple positions. Diverse connection options allow for flexible installation on either the side or front, but all connections and sensors must be on the same side. Available in 16 and 25-mm diameters, the GSU comes equipped with an elastic shock absorber.
