New Product: Bar-code reader

May 8, 2008
The BCL500i Bar Code Reader for packaging conveyors and pallet wrappers also constructs fragmented codes.

The device does high-speed scanning, and the lens adjusts from 800 to 1,200 scans/sec. Code-reconstruction software rebuilds fragments of information from skewed, damaged, and dirty codes. The unit comes as a line scanner, deflection mirror, or oscillating mirror with RS-232, 422, 485, Profibus or Ethernet (Profinet) interfaces.
