Cordsets And Receptacles

Sept. 16, 2004
The minifast B (1 in.-16) and C (11/8 in.-16) size cordsets and receptacles are industry-standard connectors built to meet the SAE H1738-2 specification.

The connectors can be used for power and signals to factory-automation equipment in the material-handling, automotive, conveyor and automatedequipment industries. Available configurations include 6, 7, or 8-pin connections for the B size and 9, 10, or 12-pin configurations for the C size. Pairing the 6-pin minifast with 16-awg cable (18 awg also available) offers 9 A of current-carrying capability and the 12-pin version with 6 A. All connectors are rated for 600 V. The extended coupling nut design, in either nickel-plated brass or 316 stainless steel, provides pull strengths over 200 lb. The minifast line is rated to NEMA-1, 3, 4, 6P, and IEC IP68.
