Precision linear stage KDT450-205-SM-L are 55 mm tall, offer standard travel of 205 mm X 245 mm, with repeatability of 1 micron and a 20 nm resolution.

They have drive mechanisms, encapsulated ball screws, and stepper motors with incremental linear encoders included. Made of high-strength aluminum, the tables weigh less than 22 lbs. and offer speeds up to 100mm/s with accelerations of 500 mm/s2. They are suitable for Class 10 clean rooms.
