The Pump Station Series of enclosures are designed for use where extra protection from extreme temperatures and UV exposure is required. The 14-gauge, Type-304 stainless-steel enclosures feature continuously welded and ground smooth seams; removable hidden hinges that are shielded by door edges; stainless-steel quarterturn latches with flush slotted insert; seamless foam-in-place, one-piece gasket that provides an oil, water, and dusttight seal against contaminants (polyurethane foam (–10 to 75°C) with acrylic tape (–40 to 93°C); installed gasket retainers; installed channels for variable placement of optional internal swing panel; bonding provision on door and ground stud on body; panel studs fit optional NEMA-size panels; mounting holes in back of body for direct mounting; and furnished hardware kit, consisting of panel-mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers for wall-mounting holes.
