The package includes Rand's User Knowledge Profile, an online assessment tool that provides hands-on tasks and multiplechoice questions on sketch, feature, and assembly creation. The tool also gives detailed proficiency reports and individual performance profiles and generates a custom "learning path" for each user. Rand then provides WebShops and learning objects from its knowledgebase, Live Learning Series classes, expert-led training, and deskside mentoring.
