Belt-Drive Slide

The Voyager Series VB-1 belt-driven slide attains speeds up to 5 m/sec in lengths from 0.2 to 3 m. Custom travel lengths up to 5.7 m are also available.

Motor configurations include NEMA-23 and 34 steppers and servos, as well as a motorless configuration. The 50-mmwide steel-reinforced HTD timing belt features a steep curvilinear profile for nonslip operation compared to conventional trapezoidal-tooth profiles. The belt protects the carriage and rail from dirt and debris, and all models are available in stainless steel.
