In-Line Flow Sensor

Nov. 9, 2006
Model 1100 in-line flow sensor uses a magnet-equipped shuttle that displaces at the proper calibrated flow of liquid to actuate a SPDT hermetically sealed reed switch within the stem.

Factory fixed-flow settings of 0.4 to 100 gpm in water or custom flow settings in oil are available. Models with adjusting vanes for modifying set-points in the field are also available. Standard process connections range from 3 /4 to 3-in. NPT and optional silver braze or socket weld ports are available. The sensor's maximum pressure rating is 1,200 psi at 100°F.
