1-W LEDs for PCBs

Dec. 14, 2006
Designated to OVT01LGAxS series, this new design has longer leads that permit flat mounting on a printed circuit board.

The LEDs offer high-luminance, a full 140° viewing angle, feature water-clear lenses, and are available in amber, blue, green, red, cool white (7000K), and day white (5500K). The series exhibit dc forward current of 0.35 A, with a peak-pulsed forward current of 1 A. Typical forward voltages range from 2.0 to 3.3 V (color-dependant), and reverse voltage for all devices is 5 V. Maximum junction temperature is 130 ° and thermal resistance is 2°C/W. Operating temperature is −50 to +84°C.
