CFD includes curves for fan effects

Aug. 18, 2005
Algor V17 includes new CFD capabilities such as support for curves to define fan effects, support for fans at arbitrary orientations, and support for local coordinate systems.

The CFD module also sports improved weight, center of gravity, and mass moment of inertia calculations along with an ability to save probes and min/max annotations. In addition, the software has improved overall ease of use of the report wizard and environment, and it better works with large models.
