A new Z-Frame for the QWIK Conveyor 5200 Series lets users quickly and easily change product heights without conveyor-toconveyor transfers. For use in the automation, industrial, and packaging industries, the frame is integrated into a single conveyor system, eliminating the need for additional pulleys and drives. The frame can be reconfigured for limitless combinations of straights, inclines, declines, and curves.

Benefits include a 15° curve segment; completely contained belt that eliminates catenary sag and reduces pinch points; low-voltage wireway with snap-in cover; QWIK Slots for simple accessory and control mounting; Sprocket Alignment key for quick belt assembly; an air and wiring management system; lengths up to 100 ft, and 250-fpm conveyor speeds.
