MZ-1 Multizone Controller interfaces between the company’s machine or process control and sensing devices.

The custom-designed MZ-1 Multizone Controller acts as an interface between the company’s sensing devices and a machine or process control. The controller monitors up to six zones and provides power to all connected B-Series Light Curtain emitters and receivers and monitors the output signals. Features include detection of sensor, cabling, or internal faults; automatic or manual reset (or both); and visual display of all zones. The controller has built-in fault protection that automatically detects an open or short within the sensor or its connecting cable and as well as internal failures. The self-contained wall-mounted unit is housed in a rugged metal enclosure and accepts 86 to 264 Vac at 47 to 63 Hz. The unit also accepts regulated 24-Vdc supply.
