Series 7000 proximity sensors are rugged, cost-effective products for sensing position on 2 to 8-in. bore tie-rod cylinders. The switches feature selfadjusting clamps that grip standard and custom cylinders. The Series includes 1 and 4-A reed, normally open, normally closed, and SPDT switch types, reed and electronic sensing elements, and an industry-first 120-Vac Hall sensor. The units are compatible with intrinsically safe barriers and operate from –20 to 80°C. Most are NEMA-6 washdown compatible and CSA approved. A variety of enclosures and connector options are available.
