Semitron MDS 100 is a dimensionally stable polyetheretherketone (PEEK) polymer stock for precision machining and mounting.

Semitron MDS 100 is a dimensionally stable polyetheretherketone (PEEK) polymer stock for precision machining and mounting. The material has a flexural modulus of 1.4 msi and flexural strength of 20.5 ksi. Its heat-deflection temperature is 410°F.

The material is dimensionally stable with a coefficient of linear thermal expansion of 0.000011 and moisture absorption of 0.10% by weight after 24-hr exposure. Semitron MDS 100 comes in square sheets 250 or 500 mm on a side and 1 to 6-mm thick. Other dimensions can be specified.
