The R7D-B Series servodrives, measuring just 120 × 35 × 105 mm, leave room for other controls on the same rail. Real-time autotuning eliminates the need for complicated adjustments and shortens start-up time. Vibration suppression dampens the vibration caused by work traveling between positions, while shortening position time and improving accuracy. A torque limiting function lets machine builders set two torque limits and switch between them to handle applications.

To reduce setup time, multiple servodrives can be set with the same parameters by using the built-in copy function on the handheld keypad and the configuration software. The drives come in 50 to 400-W Models in 120 and 240-Vac single-phase and 240-Vac three-phase versions and mate to 3,000-rpm R88M-G Series cylindrical and flat servomotors for a complete system. Motor options include straight shaft, key tap shaft, brake, and oil seal.
