Designed for SMT stencil assembly, 10-3022 is used to bond polyester mesh to aluminum frames and stainless-steel foil to polyester mesh. The epoxy forms tough bonds and provides good impact resistance. Features include 2:1 by volume mix ratio, 30-min cure at 150°F, retention of strength after stencil cleaning, and shock, vibration, and flexure resistance. The epoxy is available in 50, 200, and 400-ml TriggerBond dualbarrel cartridges, as well as gallon and 5-gallon packages.
