The AquaGard modular plastic-bell conveyor targets the bakery, snack food, and confectionary markets, as well as others. The conveyor’s TIG-welded stainless-steel frame has an open design and minimal horizontal surfaces. The unit’s belt is supported by solid UHMW wear strips located in welded cross members. Welded, formed angle stands maximize space around the conveyor.

A variety of controls can be added, including photoeyes, low-voltage wires, air tubing, and several guiding options. To add multiple components, an accessory bar can be added to either one or both sides of the conveyor’s frame.

The conveyor can handle speeds to 260 fpm and is available in straights, curves, inclines, and declines. Available belt options include open mesh, closed top, and cleated bells in widths from 4 to 36 in. and in lengths from 3 to 83 ft.
