The TTC 001 Time-Temperature Controller is a microprocessor-based controller designed to replace worn out controllers on Blodgett pizza ovens. Features include a single thermistor input, dual relay outputs, three discrete LED indicators, and an audible alarm. The unit’s easy-to-read four-digit LED display is switchable for time, temperature, or mode indication. The TTC 001 has a user-friendly interface, and its conformally coated circuit board protects the controller from potentially harmful environments.
