Special-purpose conveyor chains feature wear and corrosionresistant clamping elements for gripping, collecting, and transporting thin-walled, large-surface materials, such as those used in the packaging, food, beverage, and electronics industries. The grip chains, with clamping elements, have a special swivel arrangement for optimized feeding and precise positioning of conveyed products. An adjustable spring allows gentle gripping. The wear-resistant, corrosion- protected chain and clamping elements are prelubricated with food-safe lubricant.

Available as simplex and duplex chain, the grippers have either one or two tips. Depending on the application, the chains are available with different numbers of turns and spring-wire diameters. A special type with cup grippers for foil transport is also available.
