EP series solid-polymer bearings are injection molded from thermoplastic resins including polyamide (PA), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polyamide imide (PAI), polyoxymethylene (POM), and polyetheretherketone (PEEK). All bearings include embedded polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) solid lubricant and reinforcing fibers such as glass, aramid, or carbon. The bearings resist wear and maintain low coefficients of friction over a range of dry and lubricated operating conditions. They have good dimensional stability, high compressive strength, high creep resistance, low thermal expansion, and good thermal conductivity. The bearings come in cylindrical and flanged models.GGB North America, P.O. Box 189, 700 Mid-Atlantic Pkwy, Thorofare, NJ 08086, (856) 848 3200, www.ggbearings.com
