A beveled retaining ring lets the complementary angle of the beveled ring assume the function of a nut.
A beveled retaining ring lets the complementary angle of the beveled ring assume the function of a nut. The retaining ring eliminates the need to torque the part or machine threads on the housing. Also, the cost of the beveled ring is far less than the nut originally used. Use of the retaining ring eliminates end-play vibration.Rotor Clip Co.
