Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2011 software simulates and optimizes plastics part and injection-mold designs. Enhancements include a Material Quality Indicator that helps users ensure they select the proper material for the type of analysis are doing. There are different indicators that reflect the quality of the material data for three different analysis requirements. The indicators analyze fill, packing, and warpage quality. Also, the redesigned online help included in the software has a new navigation structure and updated look and feel. This makes it easier for users to find information. In addition, Algor Simulation users designing plastic parts can now access the extensive Moldflow material database of grade-specific thermoplastic materials.
