The SP3 stringpot provides a 4 to 20‑mA or 0 to10-Vdc output signal and operates on 12 to 32 Vdc. This sensor can be easily installed using the handy mounting bracket and desired output signal selected by simply connecting the appropriate signal wires.
Constructed with a water-resistant polycarbonate body, the SP3 is designed for tight spaces, generous measuring cable misalignment, and free-release tolerance. Stroke ranges include 0 to 4.75, 0 to 12.5, 0 to 25, and 0 to 50 in.

Additional features include hookup using two wires for 4 to 20 mA and three wires for 0 to 10 Vdc; electrical connections made using 40-in.-long shielded electrical cable, and 0 to 160°F operation.
