PTDA to hold industry summit

More than 500 power transmission/motion control (PT/MC) executives are expected to convene at the Power Transmission Distributors Association’s (PTDA) Industry Summit, titled “Big Ideas to Steer Your Business.”

More than 500 power transmission/motion control (PT/MC) executives are expected to convene at the Power Transmission Distributors Association’s (PTDA) Industry Summit, titled “Big Ideas to Steer Your Business.” The event will be held October 18 to 20 in Dallas and serves distributors and manufacturers of PT/MC products looking to develop industry contacts and stay current on the latest economic and technological trends. The Summit’s signature event, the Manufacturer-Distributor Idea Exchange (MD-IDEX), brings together existing and potential channel partners to strategically plan for the upcoming year.

Scott Klososky, a technology, business, and start-up pioneer, and Alan Beaulieu, founder and president of Institute for Trend Research, are the keynote speakers. Klososky will share ideas for leveraging technology to drive revenues. Beaulieu will present economic insights and indicators, key consumer trends, industrial production highlights, and developments in the global marketplace.
